Confirmation

Our journey as Christians begins in baptism. Flemington Presbyterian Church offers a program of Confirmation to support parents in honoring the commitment they made when presenting their children for baptism, to teach those children the Christian faith. For the young people of our church, Confirmation is an important stage along the way, part of the lifelong process of faithful living.
Each year, youth in 8th grade and above are invited to participate in a program designed to offer experiences that challenge and strengthen them in their relationships with God, others and themselves as they prepare to take full responsibility for their faith lives and become members of our congregation.
The 2022-2023 Confirmation program will meet once a month from October through May. Students will be confirmed as adult members of the church on Sunday, June 4! Contact Rev. Amy at pastor@flemingtonpres.org or Mary Jernigan at christianed@flemingtonpres.org to let us know you will be participating.
