"Over Here, Molly Pitcher"

The Women's Association invites everyone to join them in Fellowship Hall for coffee and dessert and to meet Revolutionary War heroine Mary Hays McCauley (Molly Pitcher). Historical interpreter Stacy Flora Roth will present a program based on Molly’s life, the Battle of Monmouth, and her life as a camp follower. There will be an opportunity for questions at the end of the program. (This program is funded through the Horizons Speakers Bureau of the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, a state partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities. It is free and open to the public.)
