And Skills/Interests Survey
Stay connected! As part of our ongoing effort to reach each member of the congregation and include everyone in the daily life of the church, we ask you to take a few minutes to update your personal information form and complete a skills/interests survey. This will help us include you and your family in the many missions, activities, and events of our church. Being involved is the best way to meet other Christians and be part of this special faith community!
- The personal information form has space for two adults and three children. If you have more than that number of people in your household, please submit the form a second time for those whose information does not fit.
- Please submit a separate skills/interest form for each FPC member.
