All Roads Lead to Pittstown

You are invited to learn about the interesting history of Pittstown as an important crossroads of the Revolutionary War at this Flemington Presbyterian Church Women’s Association program. Please join us for a most informative talk by Hunterdon County Historian Stephanie Stevens about her book, “All Roads Lead to Pittstown.” It tells the story of the village’s role in the Revolutionary War in providing bread and biscuits for Washington’s Army. In the 1800s, Pittstown became a center of commerce, including a foundry, peach basket factory and machine shop.

The program begins with dessert and coffee in Fellowship Hall. All are welcome to attend.
