From Abigail to Alice: Celebrating the Centennial of Women's Suffrage

The Women's Association invites you to join them at their covered dish luncheon in Fellowship Hall - everyone is welcome!

A survey of the women’s voting rights crusade from the 18th to the 20th century which celebrates 100 years of suffrage. Abigail Adams of Massachusetts and Alice Paul of New Jersey were two figures in American history that every woman, and man, should know! They were different in several ways, but they shared a voice in determining their personal and political futures through the right to vote! Presented by Professor David J. Burchell. You can also check out the event flyer.
